To operate Drape POS for your store, we handle the following basic information:

• Account details: Your business name, email address, store location, and login credentials.
• Store sales & transactions: Receipts, items sold, prices, cashier PIN logs, and shift records needed for accounting.
• Inventory & products: Product titles, barcodes, stock levels, and category organization.
• Payment records: Transaction confirmation tokens provided by payment partners (we do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for operational purposes:

• To run your cashier registers and sync stock across store branches.
• To generate sales reports and inventory summaries for your dashboard.
• To provide customer support when you reach out with technical questions.
• To keep your account secure and prevent unauthorized register logins.

3. Store Data Isolation & Security

Every merchant account is isolated in our database. Other stores cannot view your inventory, sales, or customer lists. We encrypt data in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.

4. Trusted Service Providers

We work with trusted infrastructure partners to host our services and process payments:

• Stripe: Processes credit card payments securely.
• Supabase & Vercel: Host our cloud database and web server infrastructure.

5. Your Data Rights & Retention

You own your store data. You can export your sales ledgers and product catalogs at any time in CSV or JSON format. If you close your account, you can request full deletion of your store records.
