We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on annual plans:

  • Does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades
  • Full refund available if requested within 30 days of purchase

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

8. Plan Downgrades and Upgrades

8.2 Downgrades

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for downgrades
  • You retain access to your current plan until the period ends

9. Free Trial Policy

If we offer a free trial:

  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
  • After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel
  • Trial periods are available only once per user/business

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom development or integration services

  • Third-party service fees or add-ons
  • Data export or migration services
  • Training or consulting services already rendered

11. Data Retention After Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

  • Data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation
  • After 30 days, all data may be permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
